The action that is featured in this movie can get really insane and slightly over-the-top. ‘Bullet Train’ is one of those movies that isn’t supposed to be taken too seriously and is just a great time at the theater. All of the tense and fun action leads up to an explosive third act that is simply awesome. They did use a good bit of CGI during the final moments. But, don’t worry, it won’t distract you from all the action mayhem that ensues during the closing moments. Everyone in the movie does an exceptional job. All of the characters have quite a few stand-out moments that can be really memorable. Brad Pitt has some hilarious moments, especially during some of his action sequences. With all the talent that appears in the movie, the stand-out scene-stealers are definitely actors Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Brian Tyree Henry, who portray brother assassins in the movie. All of their moments together are extremely entertaining and loads of fun. There is a subplot involving the characters of The Elder and Kimura that is definitely the heart of the movie and can be a little emotional. You will have to see it for yourself. ‘Bullet Train’ has a bit of everything - comedy, action, thrills and some emotion. The movie also has a few surprising cameos that will really leave you amused and laughing. The trailers did spoil the Sandra Bullock cameo but her part is still a lot of fun. It’s a small but pivotal part that the talented actress has. All of the plots involved in the movie wrap up quite nicely and will leave you satisfied.
