‘Finding You’ is an inspirational romantic drama full of heart and humor about finding the strength to be true to oneself. After an ill-fated audition at a prestigious

New York music conservatory, violinist Finley Sinclair travels to an Irish coastal village to begin her semester studying abroad.

At the B&B run by her host family, she encounters heartthrob movie star Beckett Rush, who is there to film another entry to his medieval fantasy franchise.

As romance sparks between the unlikely pair, Beckett ignites a journey for Finley that transforms her heart, her music and her outlook on life. In turn, Finley emboldens Beckett to reach beyond his teen-idol image and pursue his true passion.

But when forces behind Beckett’s stardom threaten to crush their dreams, Finley must decide what she is willing to risk for love.

‘Finding You’ is a refreshingly sweet little romantic drama that is very enjoyable. This charming feature delivers some great humor and very heart-warming moments.

Indeed, the drama can be somewhat predictable. But, some of the amazing Irish scenery and the Irish music in some of the scenes makes up for it. Throughout the course of the feature, you see characters go through grief, healing and hope for reconciliation.

The small subplot that focuses on Finley and Cathleen (an old woman she slowly befriends) is quite endearing and is one of the feature’s main highlights.

So, take some time out of your schedule and check out this refreshing drama at the Dietrich. Filled with incredible Irish scenery, great music and a heart-warming story, ‘Finding You’ is an uplifting, heart-felt tale that’s not to be missed.
