‘The Broken Hearts Gallery’ opened in theaters when cinemas were still slowly opening back up in 2020. So, this movie didn’t have that long of a basic theatrical run.

This 2020 romantic comedy is very quirky and also quite witty. It definitely has a few moments where it can be really humorous, and, at times, heart-felt.

Yea, it can be really predictable (like some romantic comedies can be). But, ‘Broken Hearts Gallery’ is a nice, little-seen movie that can make a nice pick for a movie night. It delivers the laughs, the charm and a few moments of a little heart-break.

‘The Broken Hearts Gallery’ can be streamed on Hulu along with a few various streaming platforms that have the Starz add-on. Or if you don’t have the Starz add-on, you can rent it online through various platforms as well.

• Principal photography began in Toronto in July 2019 and wrapped in late August.

• In June 2020, TriStar Pictures and Stage 6 Films acquired distribution rights to the movie and originally set a July 10, 2020 release date. Then got pushed back a few dates due to COVID.

• The movie premiered on the Sony Pictures Studios lot as part of the company’s ongoing “Drive-In Experience” event.
